Pricing Structure
FJW prices custom work on a per-job basis. All quotes are provided before work begins. Pricing is based on metal weight, stone setting complexity, CAD time, and finishing requirements.
Metal Pricing
Metal is priced at market rate at the time of casting. FJW will confirm the current metal price when providing your quote. Prices are subject to change with market fluctuations.
CAD & Design Fees
CAD design is billed separately from casting and setting. Design fees are quoted upfront and are non-refundable once work has begun. Revisions beyond the initial scope may incur additional charges.
Minimums
There is no minimum order quantity for custom work. Each piece is made to order. Rush fees apply for expedited production — see Production Timelines for details.
Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required before production begins on all new orders. The remaining balance is due prior to shipping. Established accounts may qualify for net-30 terms — contact Ryan to discuss.
