Trade Account Terms

FJW works exclusively with established retail jewelry stores and boutiques. Trade accounts are approved at FJW's discretion and may be revoked at any time. Account access is non-transferable.

Deposits & Cancellations

• —A 50% deposit is required before production begins. Deposits are non-refundable once casting has started.
• —Orders cancelled before casting begins are subject to a CAD design fee if design work has been completed.
• —Completed pieces cannot be cancelled or returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Warranty

FJW warrants all work against manufacturing defects for 90 days from delivery. Warranty does not cover normal wear, damage caused by the client or end customer, or issues arising from stones or materials supplied by the client.

Client-Supplied Materials

FJW exercises reasonable care with client-supplied stones and jewelry. FJW's liability for client-supplied materials is limited to the declared value on the submission form. FJW is not responsible for pre-existing damage or undisclosed condition issues.

Confidentiality

FJW treats all client designs, pricing, and business information as confidential. FJW will not reproduce or sell any design created exclusively for a client without written permission.

Photography

FJW may photograph completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing at the time of order.
