Order Procedures
How a custom order moves from concept to delivery.
Submit Your Request
Email Ryan at [email protected] or use the portal contact form. Include reference images, metal preference, stone specifications, and any design notes. The more detail you provide, the faster we can quote.
Receive a Quote
FJW will respond with a detailed quote covering CAD design, casting, setting, and finishing. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Metal pricing is confirmed at time of casting.
Approve & Deposit
Approve the quote and submit your 50% deposit to begin production. Work does not start until the deposit is received.
CAD Review
For new designs, FJW will send CAD renderings for your approval before casting. One round of revisions is included. Additional revisions are billed at the hourly CAD rate.
Production
Once CAD is approved, the piece moves to casting, setting, and finishing. You will receive updates at key milestones. See Production Timelines for current lead times.
Final Approval & Balance
FJW will send photos of the completed piece for your approval. The remaining balance is due before shipping. Pieces are shipped fully insured.
