Our custom services are simple. Email us or call us with details about the piece of jewelry you want us to craft for your client. Once all the details are squared away our CAD department will get started on creating realistic renders for our sales partner to show the customer. If your customer likes the renders and no changes are needed we will email or call the sales associate with the price. Once the price is confirmed, your customers new piece of jewelry enters production

Renders usually take 3-4 days from the initial inquiry. Once the renders are approved typical items can take 3-4 weeks for completion. We will always try to accommodate if your customer has a specific due date. Let us know and we will let you know if its possible. 

Over the years we have honed our process to make absolutely sure every i is dotted and every t is crossed before we put your piece into production. If it seems like your customer is still unsure about the renders we can send a 3D wax model for your customer to view. This service cost $75 to 3D print a wax model and ship it to you. Once your customer sees the model we can both be sure your customer fully understands what he or she is going to receive. Its important to stress to your customer that once the design is approved there are no returns. 

Every piece is tailored to your customers specific requests. Because of this, custom pieces can't be returned. Please make sure this is conveyed to your customer before he or she gives approval. 

We pride ourselves on making jewelry that will last a lifetime. We always push our retail partners to convince your customer to choose platinum in most cases. This is because platinum is the best metal for making most jewelry. Our platinum products come with a 2 year warranty. Our 18kt products come with a 18 month warranty. We really try to avoid making anything in 14kt. We have found in our experience that 14kt doesn't hold up well over time. Our 14kt products only come with a 6 month warranty. Abuse is not covered under our warranty program. 

When we send the price for your customers new piece of jewelry the shipping and insurance cost is always included. 

We are offering repair services for your customers. Email or call us with any questions. We have master jewelers on staff that can fix and refurbish just about anything. Email or call for a quote. 

This is not a problem. We offer one time no charge sizing for your customer on jewelry we make. This usually only takes 1-2 days. 

Does your customer have a knuckle problem? If so we can make any ring with an open and close shank. Sometimes we can purchase these prefabricated or if the design calls for it we can make the open and close shanks ourselves. 

Most of our rings that we make can come with stabilizing bumps. If you look through our finished work gallery you can see examples of this. Most customers love these ultra comfortable stabilizing bumps. They work really well. If for some reason the customer doesn't like the stabilizing bumps we can easily remove them. 

Absolutely. We prefer to take the piece from start to finish so feel free to ship your customers stones to our secure facility. When we receive your stone we will confirm and weigh the stones and send a confirmation email. 

If you send in your customers old jewelry for us to remove the stones we can easily send back the remaining metal or use the scrap metal to go towards the cost of the job.
