Custom Process

After we received your custom request, our CAD designers will collaborate on the design then start one of the most technical parts of the process, creating the model for production and the model used for renders. 

Our CAD designers will generate several beautiful renders for review. The renders will be sent with your store logo attached for a very professional look. If you need us to make any changes don't worry, revisions are quick and free.

Once the renders and cost are approved we take our CAD design and have our world class 3D printer begin the tedious task of  printing  the wax model, layer by layer. Some designs have over 700 individual layers. 

 We utilize some of the latest technology and some of the most ancient techniques. From CAD design and 3D printing to ancient casting  and fabrication techniques. 

Once the jewelry is finished it will go through our meticulous quality control process. Once every aspect passes, we will send you an email with shipping details and your customer will be on their way to loving their new piece of jewelry.
